Tata Motors said on Thursday that it has launched a subscription model for the electric version of its compact SUV Nexon, in which it will be available to EV customers at a fixed monthly rental. Here we are telling you what the customers are going to benefit in this offer.
Tata Motors said in a statement that the company is making its electric vehicle Tata Nexon EV available at fixed monthly rentals to make electric vehicles (EV) easier to handle, given the increasing number of future conscious citizens. Customers can choose the subscription tenure that is for 18 months, 24 months and 36 months according to their convenience.
Subscribers will have to pay a subscription fee of Rs 47,900 per month during the 18-month tenure. Subscribers will have to pay a subscription fee of Rs 44,900 per month over a 24-month tenure. At the same time, customers will have to pay a subscription fee of Rs 41,900 per month during the tenure of 36 months. Tata Motors has joined hands with leasing firm Orix Auto Infrastructure Services to offer it in the inaugural phase in five cities like Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

In terms of power and specifications, the Tata Nexon EV has a permanent magnet AC motor that takes power from a 30.2 kWh lithium ion battery. At the same time, it can be full charge up to 80 percent in 60 minutes through EV fast charger and 8 hours through normal charger. Speaking of speed, this EV can hold a speed of 0-100 km in just 9.9 seconds. In terms of the same price, the starting ex-showroom price of Tata Nexon EV is Rs 13.99 lakhs.
