Former Assembly Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal, who reached Garrison on the occasion of August revolution, said that in three years, the government has not done any work on the capital, but has declared the summer capital as a mere public. Former deputy speaker Anusuya Prasad Makhuri said that the work which started in the Congress tenure is still stuck there and on the occasion of August revolution, he supported the proposal to make Grasain a permanent capital in accordance with the sentiments of the workers to continue the struggle for it.
