After completing the Bhoomi Poojan program of Ram temple in Ayodhya, a message is going viral on social media. In this message, it is being claimed that the Sunni Waqf Board is going to build an AIIMS-like super specialty hospital on the land that the Supreme Court had given for the mosque in Ayodhya. It is also being claimed in the viral post that Dr. Kafeel Khan, who is in jail, will be the director of this hospital.
Many Facebook users have posted this message . The post has a graphic picture of a building on which ‘Babri Hospital’ is written.
The post reads in Hindi, ‘Masterstroke. The Sunni Waqf Board, which had given the five acres of land by the Supreme Court, will decide on the Babri Hospital which will provide free facilities equal to AIIMS. Well-known doctor Kafeel Khan can be made the administrator of this hospital, a complete in this hospital The floor will be reserved for children, which will treat many diseases including chill fever (Viral Megningits). The Anti-Fake News War Room (AFWA) of India Today found that this claim is misleading. The Sunni Waqf Board of Uttar Pradesh has called this claim about Babri Hospital and Kafeel Khan viral as completely baseless and false. According to the board, nothing has been decided about any construction on this 5 acre land so far.
Many users have shared this post on Facebook , believing that the Sunni Waqf Board is going to build a hospital on 5 acres of land given to the Muslim side in Ayodhya.

In November 2019, the Supreme Court, while giving a historic verdict , cleared the way for construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya and also directed the Central Government to give 5 acres of land for construction of the mosque to the Sunni Waqf Board.
There have been many such reports in the media which claimed that the trust created by the Waqf Board for the construction of the mosque will also build a hospital, library and an Islamic research center on 5 acres of land.
India Today spoke to Syed Mohammad Shoaib , chief executive officer of the ‘UP Sunni Central Waqf Board’ . He said that the claims being made about ‘Babri Hospital’ and ‘Kafeel Khan’ in the viral post are completely baseless and ‘fake’. He said, ‘Those who have written and made such fake posts viral, we are going to take legal action against them.’
According to Sunni Waqf Board CEO Syed Mohammad Shoaib, the board has not yet taken a final decision on the construction. He said, ‘The things that people are talking about in the hospital, library, research center, etc., are all just proposals, the final decision is yet to be taken.’
Recently, the UP Sunni Waqf Board has formed a 15-member trust, which has been named Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation Trust .
The members of the trust will meet soon to discuss these proposals and will take a final decision on the construction of 5 acres of land given by the Supreme Court.
With the help of reverse image search we found that the picture of the hospital used in the viral post, which has ‘Babri Hospital’ written on it, has been picked up from the Linkedin page and manipulated with the help of Photoshop.
It is clear from the investigation that the claim of building a ‘Babri Hospital’ on 5 acres of land given to the Muslim side in Ayodhya is misleading.
